Fysio.Center does its utmost to satisfy you. However, we realize that it is possible that you are not satisfied. We hope that you will inform us of this. In the first instance, try to discuss your complaint with the osteopath. A personal conversation can lead to a satisfactory solution. If a complaint concerns a behavior and / or statement that took place more than a year before the complaint was submitted, we can unfortunately no longer process it.
